Air brake coiled hose is designed for the operating conditions of automotive air brake systems. It is used in brake line connection scenarios that must accommodate pressure variation and repeated extension and retraction during operation.
During vehicle driving, steering, and relative movement between vehicle components, brake lines undergo continuous dynamic motion as part of the braking system. Under these conditions, the hose is required to maintain stable coiled behavior and consistent performance over long-term use.
Based on the functional requirements of air brake systems, nylon is selected as the base material. According to the required pressure conditions and performance demands, material characteristics are combined with a coiled structural design. This configuration allows the hose to maintain stable and predictable behavior under repeated extension and pressurization, reducing the impact of deformation or accumulated fatigue on brake line stability during service.
