Reinforced PU Air Hose Construction and Materials
Reinforced PU Air Hose adopts a three-layer construction with a fiber reinforcement layer positioned between the inner and outer PU layers.
Three-Layer Structure
- Inner Layer: PU inner tube
- Middle Layer: Fiber reinforcement layer
- Outer Layer: PU outer layer
The reinforcement layer controls deformation within the specified working pressure range, allowing the hose to maintain structural stability during continuous operation. Working pressure and burst pressure ratings are defined using appropriate safety factors.

Supply Formats of Reinforced PU Air Hose

Supplied as hose without fittings, suitable for on-site cutting and assembly according to installation requirements.
Pre-Assembled Hose (UBSA Series)
Supplied with fittings assembled before shipment, suitable for direct installation.
