The PU braided hose assembly is a three-layer polyurethane pneumatic hose with fiber reinforcement between the inner and outer PU layers. This structure supports higher working-pressure conditions and helps limit diameter expansion under working pressure.

This structure maintains a stable hose profile when pressure varies, reducing diameter changes or localized deformation.

The inner and outer layers are made of PU Ether, providing hydrolysis resistance and good elasticity.

The product is assembled with fittings before shipment, reducing the need for on-site fitting assembly.
