The Hybrid Air Hose Assembly is a three-layer pneumatic hose with a fiber reinforcement layer between the inner and outer PVC layers. It supports higher working-pressure conditions and helps control diameter expansion under working pressure.

This structure helps maintain a stable hose profile under pressure variations, reducing diameter changes or localized deformation.

The PVC formulation is designed for low-temperature use, allowing the hose to remain flexible in cold environments. The material formulation and reinforced structure serve complementary functions, supporting low-temperature operation and the pressure resistance required for pneumatic systems.

In addition, the hose has low memory. Even after repeated pulling and coiling, it can remain straight when laid out.

The product is assembled with fittings before shipment, reducing the need for on-site fitting assembly.
