The Hybrid Air Hose Assembly is a PVC braided pneumatic hose supplied with pre-assembled fittings. The hose consists of inner and outer PVC layers with a braided fiber reinforcement layer in between.

This construction enables the hose to withstand the working pressure required in pneumatic systems while limiting diameter expansion under pressure and helping maintain a stable hose profile.

The material formulation is designed for low-temperature use, allowing the hose to remain flexible in cold environments. The material formulation and reinforced construction serve complementary functions, providing the pressure resistance and stable air delivery required for industrial compressed-air applications.

As a ready-to-use hose assembly with pre-assembled fittings, the product reduces the need for on-site fitting installation. It is suitable for tool-end air supply and temporary workstations, particularly in applications involving repeated pulling, coiling, and movement.
