Model : HB

PVC braided air hose is a reinforced pneumatic hose constructed with a fiber reinforcement layer positioned between the inner and outer PVC layers.
This structure allows the hose to withstand higher working pressure while controlling diameter expansion under pressure.

The reinforced construction helps maintain a consistent hose profile when pressure varies, reducing localized deformation and supporting dimensional stability during operation.

The material formulation is designed with low-temperature use in mind, allowing the hose to maintain flexibility in cold environments while meeting the pressure requirements of pneumatic systems through a balanced material-and-structure design approach.

In addition, the hose exhibits a non-memory characteristic. After repeated pulling and coiling, it can return to a straight state when deployed, supporting stable routing and improved handling efficiency during on-site use.
